t Rudr Mart, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.

Return window
You can request a return within [7] days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Items eligible for return
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The original packaging, accessories, and labels are intact
  • For electronic components and modules, the anti-static packaging is unopened where applicable

Items not eligible for return
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Components that have been soldered, modified, or physically altered
  • Items damaged due to incorrect wiring, overvoltage, or misuse

    Please include your order number and a short description (and a photo, if the item is defective). Our team will respond with return instructions.

Return shipping cost

  • For defective or incorrect items, return shipping is free — we cover it.
  • For change-of-mind / non-defective returns, return shipping is [paid by the customer].

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within [5 / 7] business days. Refunds are issued to [the original payment method / bank transfer / store credit]. For COD orders, refunds are made via [bank transfer / UPI] to the account you provide.

Exchanges
If you received a defective or wrong item, we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost, subject to stock availability.
