Refund and Return Policy

Returns and Refunds Policy describes how your returns and refunds are processed when purchasing from www.rudrmart.com. The policy covers almost all generic return and refund requests.
All of the items selling on website are double checked before they are sent out. We hope that you will love everything you buy from us. If You are not Satisfied, returned them and you will be Refunded.

Products Return Policy
For your order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Also, You need to inform us within 7 days from the date of delivery of the item from your customer end.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

After the order has been shipped-
In a case when the order has been shipped and the customer would like to cancel the order, then as the order would have left our premises, we cannot cancel the order. But, the customer should not accept the order and ask the courier to return it to the sender, without opening the parcel. The refund will be initiated within 3-5 business days after the parcel has been received back at our office. If the customer has opened the parcel, then the returned items will be verified, and the refund will be initiated after verification within 3-5 business days.

Conditions for Returns:
Product(s) is physically damaged or is defective; Wrong Product or the Product is not matching the description or specifications mentioned on the listing page on the Platform;
Part of the Order/ Products is found to be missing due to reasons attributable to the Seller.
At the time of making a Return Request on the Platform , the Buyer will be required to provide appropriate supporting documentation/ proof including without limitation: Images of the Product(s) indicating the issue in the Product/ shipment delivered. If any further information or clarification is required from the Buyer, we will contact the Buyer.

Replacement:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, email us at [email protected] and wait for confirmation of replacement eligibility.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Refund:
After the return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The refund may or may not include various shipping and transactional charges based upon the error. We may also decide the refund amount (partial or complete) based upon individual case-to-case considerations. Upon approval of your refund, we will initiate the refund within 3 business days. A corresponding credit will be applied automatically to your original payment method within a certain amount of days (usually 3-5 business days).
